Your technician put on the estimate things that had just been replaced and was brand new. The technician lied and tried to steal money from me by padding the estimate. This is the worst place I've ever brought a car to. Oh and I'm calling the better business bureau. So thank you for nothing and good luck with the bureau. Jen

My wait time was almost twice as long as I was told. No shuttle was available, I didn’t want to use Uber so I waited for 2 1/2 hours. When I inquired to see when I might expect my car to be ready, the clerk was informed by the technician it was ready some time ago. There was no communication between staff. I was also dismayed to see some staff not wearing protective masks the entire time. Isn’t this required? Very frustrating....

We are in tough times so common minor delays are just exemplified. I as a seasonal resident was blessed with a Subaru that cost almost nothing to own for 5 years. So this year I got the first wack. The driver's side seat belt froze up after sitting in the garage for another summer. While it took a while for it to be replaced. Cherry in service and the accounting department figured out the seat belt was on a Lifetime Warranty . Saved me $377 when they caught the warranty and Enterprise rent a car was really good while I waited for my HI state Safety sticker.
Basically you sold me an unsafe car! Never coming back here! A real scam of a dealership!
