Not happy I had to wait over 2 1/2 hours just for an oil change and inspect my brakes and double check my cruise control
I was completely satisfied with my recent service. I am not mechanically inclined and need to have complete trust in my car's service center. you earned that trust by letting me know my battery checked out okay and by checking the air conditioning and replacing the part that I had a recall notice about months ago but forgot to mention it.

I sat for over 4 hours and after inquiring if my car was done, I was told twice it would be a little longer. I don’t know who or what Clifford does there so you shouldn’t base this rating off his service. I would like to mention that an employee did have the nerve to tell me “you’re not the only one here” . I am disappointed that a simple oily change took that long.
