It was mostly hassle free. Waited a couple weeks for the part your supplier dstopped supplying you with, but you found one elsewhere. I had to pay 85$ extra freight charge as well as the 400$ part in advance. Never had to do this before. So I can't say I'm not satisfied but not completely extatic either.

Kinda disappointed in the product to be honest. Have had a lot of issues with electronics on this vehicle ever since purchased. Now you have a recall and no solution to it… have always purchased vehicles through Big Island Motors, so not to happy at the moment.
I love my Crosstrek and am keeping it for a while yet. No one needs to call me about my satisfaction with today’s 60,000 mile service. It was done just fine, thank you. There is a separate unresolved issue with smoke or vapor discharge upon starting my car cold for the the past half year or so. I’ve scheduled an appointment to leave the car overnight to have it checked the following day. I checked off “unsatisfied”‘for this reason. My car was in the shop from 9:10 am to 4 pm today but nothing could be done about this problem. Mahalo, Charlene C. Soares
