The maintenance staff was fantastic I couldn't have better response calling in this morning they said bring it in we'll check it out it was done and I was out of there no appointment necessary for an unusual circumstance
They said they were going to call me when finished but they never did. I called but no one answered so I just went back there. Car was ready. Just no one contacted me.
Not able to fulfill the diagnostic and had to reschedule for another day two weeks later.
My AC works great but now my heater doesn't work.???? Also, when scheduling, pls advise if it will be all day job. My appt was Friday so my car was unavailable all weekend. It would have been better to have the work done earlier in the week so I could pick up my car the next day.
Aura went far out of her way to help me. She gets 5 stars and, because of her excellent customer service, BIM Kona gets 5 stars, too!
Sat there for 2 hours 1/2 hours for an intermittent Cruise Control problem - (of course it was working today)and the diagnostic showed NOTHING! Cost me almost $160 for nothing. I have written to Hyusvice and reported it, in case the electric system blows up.
What can I say?
First of all , we personally did not bring in vehical to your establishment . Why are you texting us to pay you directly? MS Auto brought my car to you and they claim you did not complete your job . I called 4 times and left a message to call back and make an appointment for service. Never a call back. Had to go in person to make an appointment. Not helpful at all.
When I showed up for my scheduled appointment they didn’t know I was coming even though they were the ones who made the appointment.
Told it could take up to 2 hrs. Not happy about that considering the efforts I had to go through to get the appointment. Came back an hr and half later car still hadn’t moved. When I asked why my car hasn’t moved they went to the garage to find out. They said oh we can take it in now and asked if I can wait. They never gave any update on the non progress of servicing the car. I just waited and waited for my car to be finished.
This is very poor customer service ! You need to fix your very inept system.

I don’t know what has been done. No communication telling me when it will be done or that it is already done. I can’t comment other than I am still waiting for word as to what to expect.
After an hour in the waiting room for a 730 appointment i was told that the internet was down and they couldn't service my vehicle. Which was just the 5K oil change, tire rotation etc. Ironically I was on the guest network in the waiting room? I was given the option of continuing to wait or they would call me later with a new appointment. I chose for you to call me but you haven't.
This was my first experience having BigIsland service my car. Every work
in a timely smooth way. The staff were very polite and professional.
They could not complete my safety inspection because of a problem with intetnet
When I checked in for services, the kind gentleman I think his name was Mikela? He was very helpful and walked out to the car with me and upon pickup he came out and explained everything I needed to know and when to schedule my next service. Great customer service!
Mikala was very thorough with explaining the services and costs, with my Sonata. He answered all my concerns and questions with great satisfaction.
Always professional service and text to advise of service with options if any questions.

We called 3 weeks ago to secure an appointment today. It was made for 11:30. My husband left work early so he could bring the car in and then he is told it won’t be ready to be seen for 2.5 hours. Pretty unprofessional and shameful to not be considerate of a customer’s time. The least you could have done was call or email us to tell us that our appointment time is going to have to be moved. Such a terrible way to run a business.
