Service personnel did a great job in communicating their timeline issues and working to accommodate my service on the day it was scheduled.
Has anyone heard of a Tucson Hybrid shocking people? I asked about it when I dropped off my car but I don’t think it was looked at. My Tucson shocks me when I get out of it sometimes. It always comes from the door latch. Never been shocked that much by a car before but this is my first hybrid.

I was greeted and helped as I entered the service dept. Doors. Paperwork was ready to go and the hand off of car was smooth. Car was done around the estimated time and retrieving the car upon completion was fast and easy too.

Work was done professionally, but not in a timely manner. For truck yearly maintenance I had to wait 4.5 hours.

I went to due a service for a recall and my schedule service! When I showed up I was told they can’t do my recalled service because the employee who was fired didn’t do her job properly. I scheduled this service months ago! When I get there they tell me they cannot do the recall service! I was upset because it is difficult for me to get to get time off of work! They actually did my service and recall! Why did I even have to complain? Employee issues are not my problem! That is on the dealership! Fix my car! That is all I need! Excuses are like assholes! Everyone has them!
