While I did show up early for my appointment only one of two updates were taking care of on my car the most important one the safety recall with the ABS safe fuse has not been replaced I was told that I need to come back for another appointment that the part is not in stock now my question is if the appointment was made a week ahead of time wouldn't someone be able to check if what parts needed so that it's ready for the client when they show up for their appointment not having to come back a second time because they didn't order the part? I was told that I was going to be giving a call sometime soon regarding the safety recall I'm I'm still waiting

The wrong part was ordered, but the technicians assured me it would be replaced with the correct part at no extra charge.

It was hard to schedule an appointment months in advance. My husband had to physically go to Big Island Moors to schedule the appointment.When we dropped the car off, we were told it would be about 2 hours, but it was closer to 3 hours. It would appear the service department just doesn't have enough employees to give customers a convenient experience.

This was the worst service experience ever. Big Island motors has lousy customer care, even worse than Orchid Isle.

Very friendly staff the lady at the front was very commodating even when I found out my scheduled appointment was the next days I came in the day before(my fault). The mechanic Joel Domingo was very help and explained my services real well and did a amazing job on my 2024 hyundai palisade.. Thank you big island motors for the amazing service..

Left a call a week and a half ago about an issue I had since my last service I was told they would call me back. I still haven’t heard anything.! Now I keep getting texts that my car is available for pick up when you don’t even have my car.
