Your service department and the mechanic team were awesome and they fixed my truck without an issue and when things weren’t right they corrected them. However, your sales staff is terrible and they in fact have lost my business forever with Raceway. It is very sad because my truck I purchased there which was an awesome experience and I came back. But, the vehicle deal I was asking for they couldn’t even do nor would they entertain. So when I feel disrespected by being told it was not in my budget I get offended. Thank you guys in service, but goodbye raceway ford from my business ever again, due to your sales department.

When I dropped the Escape off I was told the service was covered by our extended warranty but later received a call saying this not covered. We opted to just have the oil service at this time. Diagnostics were run & there was a $100 deductible for that service. Would have been nice to have everything made clear when the car was dropped off.
