The service from Ford and Dyno Trans was awesome. Someone needed to follow up with Millennium more often ......Thomas. the inspector took too long which ran the rental bill up. We (Ford and myself) should have called out Millennium more often and sooner to save me money

Edwin was great. It’s more problems with the list of work completed. There is a line item for engine shampooing and the entire engine bay was filthy and you could see where hands have been durning the work being done. Is that normal? Item listed was engine oil pan was replaced but the engine oil life was not reset. Does that mean they didn’t change the oil? Also the truck was filthy after sitting there for almost 7weeks and a $8.5k bill i’d think there’d be a complimentary wash of some sort.

Stewart was very friendly and helpful when I took my explorer in for a couple of recalls it had on it. I informed Stewart that I just bought the Explorer from a used car dealership in Fontana a week ago who were kinda sketchy so I also requested if it's possible to do an inspection of my vehicle as well. Stewart kindly walked me through the process as well as the lead time which was noon time. Surely enough Stewart was a man of his word and was done exactly at noon. I told Stewart Thank you for his hospitality through my wait time and our small but funny conversations we had when he would periodically keep me posted on my cars status. Also informed him that my son's graduating next year and will definitely look into purchasing his first vehicle here just because of his kindness and the service I received here.Thank you for building trust with your customers. ????????
