Dropped off vehicle for a simple check engine light on, on Friday at 2:30 PM. I Was told I would get a call back on Monday at sometime. I didn’t receive anything a text or call back at the end of the day Monday, I Finally decided to call the service department… what a mistake I was put on hold over and over only to leave a message to never received a response. So I called back Tuesday same issue no Answer at service department no response after I left message (honestly what a joke) because of this I will never take my vehicles here again or purchase another vehicle here period. I didn’t talk to my advisor until Tuesday at the end of the day when I called again was put on hold and waited for over five minutes when he finally answered and then put me on hold for another 18 minutes to go to the service bay and check on my truck. only to Tell me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day if possible. Then when I picked up my vehicle he was on his phone the entire time next time hang up the phone when dealing with a customer

Service is wonderful. Everyone that works are are great people. Thomas is fantastic, takes care of anything and everything. He's a gentleman and enters every question and tells you exactly what needs to be done. You guys need to give him a raise. He's number one on the team
