Javier is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind. I was having a hard time with the bad news about my vehicle but he was able to explain everything so well and he went above and beyond to make it affordable. As a single parent who works for the public school system not being paid for two months the way he helped me was a blessing literally. This employee is a winner for sure. I’m so glad I purchase my car at Raceway and that I decided to come all the way from Rancho for the repairs .

I took my vehicle in to have a recall issue fixed. The car was dropped off at 7:55 and I was not able to get my vehicle back until after 4pm. This cause a great inconvenience as I had to coordinate rides to drop off my car and then to go pick it up. All for something that was recalled due to Fords oversight.

Thank you as always for fixing my recalls on my vehicle :) Make sure to fix your phone number so it doesn't say "Hertz" called, so I can pick up my vehicle as soon as possible the next time my vehicle gets a recall!

Mark Garay is the reason I go to this Ford dealership. He explained to me what the problem was with my vehicle to where there was no question as to why the service was recommended. In past experiences I’ll just be told this is what’s wrong. No explanation on how anything is affected. He’s just very professional. So I’ll keep coming back to this dealership. I know for a fact if Mark tells me something needs to be done that it’s legitimate.
