All was good. One suggestion though, would be to inform the customer of the oil change price for synthetic oil before the oul change rather than after.

Service on counter was really good, but I waited 100 minutes just for an oil change, and your name is quick line. That's too much time. Besides I had an appointment.

There is no other person I rather help me with my car but Thomas at quick lane in Moreno Valley even though their all nice people there and the service it top notch and they really care about your satisfaction been going the for about ten years thanks so much Quick Lane

Stewart was amazing,, from the time we took our truck in he gave us updates every step of the way. I wouldn’t trust my Shelby truck to anyone else. I highly recommend Raceway Ford for all of your performance needs.

Thomas did an excellent job communicating with me about what was going on with my vehicle. I’ve never had a service advisor be so attentive. Really appreciated the offer to bring our vehicle home when the work was complete. The convenience was very much appreciated.

I paid for an extended warranty on my truck and had to pay out of pocket and fix the truck myself after taken into service dept several times and they were not capable nor knowledgeable on how to complete the work. Dan was supposed to submit the bill to ford and millennium warranty to get me refunded since this should have been covered under my warranty. I’ve been lied to and have plenty of proof to prove Raceway at fault. As far as Alan he was the most inconsiderate, rude person I know.

I just want to start by saying that there was nothing wrong with the service Edwin provided. He was very accommodating with any questions I had and provided me with rides to and from the dealership. He even corrected himself when he realized he had misstated my Powertrain warranty status. However, when it came time for my car to be transferred to Moss Bros, to take advantage of my warranty, is where my experience became very stressful. Upon my arrival it was explained to me that my car would be brought around to customer parking so that it could be ready for towing. A few minutes went by and the tow truck arrived, but still no car. I went back into the service department and was told that the keys to my car were with a technician who had taken another car out for a test drive. After a good 20 minutes my tow truck driver stated that he would have to leave and reschedule another tow truck to come out, but it wouldn't be until around 2pm, it was going to 11:30am. At this point I started to panic, because I had already been away from my job for about an hour by that time.I couldn't wait until 2pm! I ran back into the service department and only found one service representative, who was on the phone. I made my way to the sales floor where I was able to find someone who helped me page Edwin. At this moment I ran outside to the tow driver to keep him from leaving to which a service manager followed me out to see if he could help and it was at this moment that my car finally appeared! By this time I had been at the dealership for a half hour with 20 of those minutes waiting for my car, which was supposedly ready for pickup. However, because my car's keys were not on the property, but in the pocket on a technician, who was test driving another customer's car I almost lost my tow, cost me more time away from my job and caused me a great deal of unnecessary stress. I did not appreciate the fact that in the middle of all of this I had to go find somebody who could help me! Is this common procedure for your dealership?!

This place always take good care of my truck, I’ve never had any issues here. Definitely will continue to come back ????????
