Thomas has done an Excellent Job in helping me maintain my 2002 F150 SuperCrew Larsit with 177k miles. Last Week: Oil Chsnge, Differential, Transmission, Coolent, Brake and Steering Fluids changed. This week, new Stabilizer Bars, thanks to an attentive Mechanic meticulously checking everything under my truck. Mark was nice enough to show me where the Stabilizer Link is located and its function. I am grateful Raceway Ford has a rock solid team making appropriate recommendations and ACE mechanics providing superb service. The staff at Raceway Ford are providing the best possible services, and I can drive my 24 year old Truck with confidence knowing it is being professionally maintained. Some of the issues with my car, which I outlined in the online form and which I told another service advisor, including a recall, when taking it in, were not explained or forwarded to, the service advisor who was overseeing my car's service. It cost me an extra 3 or 4 days because of that. Nor was there regular communication with me. I had to constantly call to see what the status was of my car.

II brought my 2011 Ford f150 over for oil change and while driving over from MORENO VALLEY I had some kind of transmission issue which was taken care of. So I had also mentioned something about an oil leak that was happening but no one called to bring it up.Just saying OIL LEAK NEEDS Further Inspection on the paperwork.Just knowing the location of the leak would have been helpful for getting if fixed. Other places I have been to have been called when they have notice something.
