We have never had a problem with Javier, but I was disappointed to hear how disrespectful the manager, Mike, was to my daughter. He treated her rudely both when dropping off the car and picking it up. I’m curious if he treats all women that way when they come in for car service?

When I came to pick up my car on Monday it wasn’t ready and the service department was vacant. I was told that it would be done in about 3 hours. And to pick it up at the end of the day. I was not told that you were keeping it overnight. A phone call or text would have been nice.
