Mike went above and beyond to squeeze me in for an oil change today when his schedule was already packed. He didn’t just get the job done quickly, he provided outstanding customer service every step of the way. Mike took the time to explain everything clearly and treated me like a priority. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about both the work and the customer, but Mike delivered on both. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him to everyone I know!

Kris did a great job. The person that took care of the recall! Took three hours for a thirty minute job! That’s why I don’t take my vehicle to the dealer. Unless it’s under warranty. No free coffee?

Thomas has done an Excellent Job in helping me maintain my 2002 F150 SuperCrew Larsit with 177k miles. Last Week: Oil Chsnge, Differential, Transmission, Coolent, Brake and Steering Fluids changed. This week, new Stabilizer Bars, thanks to an attentive Mechanic meticulously checking everything under my truck. Mark was nice enough to show me where the Stabilizer Link is located and its function. I am grateful Raceway Ford has a rock solid team making appropriate recommendations and ACE mechanics providing superb service. The staff at Raceway Ford are providing the best possible services, and I can drive my 24 year old Truck with confidence knowing it is being professionally maintained. Please let these gentleman know their efforts are gratefully appreciated…. Thank you very much! Michael
