Mike is a very kind, caring, compassionate, and motivated individual. He will go out of his way to make things right if the need arises. I had a situation where one of the workers washed my vehicle but not completely where he used a wash cloth and wiped some of the dirt from the bottom of the truck and proceeded to wipe down the doors. Talk about swirl marks everywhere. I take pride in my truck and it is almost paid off, I am not a happy customer but Mike came through and tried to take care of me. They cleaned my truck but it’s just surface touch. I think the truck needs more work on the paint. However, Mike is the man to deal with and perfect individual to take the lead at the shop. I will come back so long as Mike stays around. Javier is also a great individual and very professional.

Thomas is an excellent communicator. I just stopped to either fix Driver's Brake Light and/or get an Oil Change. I was able to get both done in the estimated timeframe. Plus, needed Engine & Cabin Filters replaced.

I liked that Thomas called me to update me on when the car would be ready. Great timeframes, from scheduling the initial appointment to how long it took to do the work.. I also appreciated getting a ride home. I didn’t know that was an option. I’m very happy with the service!!! Thank you!
