Mike was extremely nice. From the beginning to the end, Mike let me know what was going on and how much longer the process would take. I definitely had a better experience here than at Ford Carlsbad.

I used to have my car serviced at Redlands Ford. I had a horrible experience with a service advisor and chose to no longer use them. I called the service department at Raceway Ford and there was no putting me off and trying to get me to bring my car in when it was not convenient for me. The minute that Doug Hall answered my call I knew I was going to the right place! They took care of my known, and unknown recall issues in a very expeditious manner. Today, 5 days later I brought my car back in and Doug and the mechanics spent a great amount of time trying to figure out just what was going on with my car. As soon as the issue was identified they did the required repairs and I was on my way...very happy Raceway Ford will always have my business now!!!
