The Service I received was great! Got in and was out in approximately an hour in half to two. Sales Rep, Juan P. also remembered us with a pleasant greeting and chatted with us a bit. Yes, but I came down there after the 2nd jump was needed to start the car, I should not have had to go throw a 3rd time needing to jump my car and having to drive to your facility twice that is so far away, before action was taken to fix the car battery which AAA which told me was the problem. I missed a very important medical appointment today, the soonest I was able to reschedule is next week, I am suffering from pains in my body that resulted from a car accident while waiting on the light to turn green I was rear ended. This caused a great inconvenience for me today. Glad my car is finally fixed. You guys are the best, but this should have been avoided.

They put the wrong milage it was 4988 and they put 7988 big mistake especially since this reflects the car fax report, this needs to be corrected immediately, it's too bad I didn't catch it but my husband did and he was not happy at all.

Jessica did an amazing job. Took the extra steps to make sure I was purchasing the best possible tires for me and my needs, not just ringing me up for the cheapest ones I could find. Will reccomend anyone to come see her

Took my car in for a recall of the power steering, which cause me to have a fender bender. On the freeway,when the power steering went out. And we lost control, bunked into the guy next to me. Ford didnt want to help me with the damages which i feel Ford has a hand in,and for some reason he couldnt fix the power steering issue, without the dender bender damage is repaired for some reason. I wasted a week of car rental for nothing, and was very disappointed that at least steering wasnt fixed. Let alone the whole ordeal to begin with. Car should of been recalled in 2015 for repairs, the owners before me, Carmax,or myself the last six months of my ownership. Should of known to bring the car in for a repair/upgrade. But it didnt flag anyone, like the car needed a recall fix. Pissed about whole situation.
