Douglass Hall was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, and made the experience of spending all most $1k on preventative maintenance easy. However, as much as I enjoyed spending the money, I did ask about a car wash. Picking up the car, I couldn’t help notice that service wasn’t performed. Other than that, excellent customer service.

Alan was extremely helpful in resolving the problem with the truck. As an added bonus, he requested the truck be washed before return since it had set outside for a few days. Great service

While Mark was super nice and courteous, my main issue with the visit was the appointment system. What’s the point of making an appointment for 2pm, only to show up and be told that there’s a 3 hour turnaround and then sit there and stare at your car until 3 30pm which is when they finally took it in. Thanks for wasting my time!

Doug was extremely professional and super courteous. Excellent customer service. His partner Alan was like wise very courteous and helped our when Doug was out one morning. All in all I am very satisfied.
