My service experience at ford raceway was great Alan Leon who help fix my issue with my hood therefore I got nothing but good thing to say to Alan and his crew hopefully I come back with focus rs but I appreciate they service and hard work.

I was very appreciative that Quick Lane was able to get my vehicle in and fixed on the same day. I was out shopping and my battery died. I was able to get a jump, called Raceways service and confirmed that it was covered under warranty and they were able to get me into Quick Lane with a half hour. Dropped my car off Thomas was very friendly and helpful and my car was diagnosed and was given a new battery within a couple of hours. They did not have to squeeze my car in at the last minute but they did. Again very appreciative for that.

I dropped off my vehicle first thing in the morning at opening. I called back five hours later just to see how much longer it would take for my car to be finished. Once someone finally answered the phone, I was informed the mechanic was on break and he would look at my car as soon as he was back. It made no sense, why five hours later no one had even touched my car. Especially when all my repairs were simple. ( brake lamp replacement, windshield wiper issue & a tire rotation ) It should’ve taken no more than 2 1/2 hours to do, which is half the time I had already waited. I ultimately decided to just come and pick up my car instead of wait any longer. When I got there they only reasoning I was given for my overly long wait was that he assumed he had all day to get to my vehicle.
