Very helpful and being honest with time management. I had to be somewhere at 9am however I didn’t share with the team at the service but Thomas told me by 8:30am it will be completed and it was. Great job team.

Mr. Hall is knowledgeable, professional and personable. He was empathetic to a truly lousy situation for us as used truck buyers. ( Should have gone to a reputable dealership). He kept us apprised of each step, answered calls or text messages promptly. He gave everything to us straightforward and we were able to be escorted to the work bay to actually view the extensive motor/ turbo damages. We must give a great shout out to the mechanic "Chris". He was incredibly thorough and did not miss anything in his evaluation of the issues. We are very pleased with the service, work and dedicated caring staff during Covid-19. We will definitely return when service is due to continue our relationship with Raceway Ford. Thank You!

Took my truck 2 weeks sho for an oil change and found out that I needed to get the CV boot replaced due to an issue. Brought it in this morning and while there was a little hiccup with getting the truck fixed, Thomas made sure they everything was handled and taken care of. Turned into a much better experience and much appreciated. Thank you.
