I know the techs at the shop worked as hard as they could, as parts came in. I am really unhappy that the,"one-time-use," bolts took an unreasonable amount of time to secure. I don't believe it should have taken 5 weeks to fix my car, despite the amount of repairs needed. The people at point-of-contact were all great and exceptionally professional and communicative. Part supply availability and speed of arrival was unacceptable.

Doug was great but can’t say so for which ever mechanic worked on my truck. After picking up my truck the first time even while still in the service drive it had a long crank before turning over. Two days later it wouldn’t start and now I was told it was an injector but I knew from picking it up it wasn’t done correctly. So it was towed in for a second time and another weeks rental cost. Now 2nd time picking up I get on the freeway and I hear a loud pop, I look under the hood and the hose connected to the turbo popped off and there was no sign of the hose clamp anywhere which made me believe it was never put back on. I ended up buying the part from another dealer and fixed myself on the side of the freeway. Going back to my previous truck, I brought it in and when I picked it up there were still dirty shop towels in the engine compartment.
