I received service for my 2020 F150 from Greg at the main service center. Not the Fast Lane service. I will not comment on the Supposedly called Fast Lane service as to me it doesn’t exist. Greg in service and A.J. in Fleet we’re both amazing and always courteous and respectful! Thank you both for your assistance! Thank you Raceway Ford for making my 40 minute drive to your facility worth the drive! Patricia

Your service guy, Mark Aceves, was extremely kind AND very patient with me. Because of the nature of the problem I was experiencing, I am guessing that I probably sounded like a crazy lady!!! That nutty purple haired lady with the non existent A/C Problem. But Mark believed me OR I did make him a believer. AND ... he was so kind! Raceway Ford needs to hold onto Mark. He’s the kind of employee that will bring you Positive “word of mouth” business! He is a keeper!

Everything went fine and truck was ready earlier than anticipated. Only one problem with service. Had tires rotated by your team. When I got home I noticed that your service technician placed the two front hubcaps that has a big hole to fit around the FWD hub on the rear wheels and the solid hubcaps over the front hubs. I believe it is a training issue .
