Mark was very kind and showed me a great deal of respect. While I was puzzled by the issue of the A/C in my car not working correctly less than 24 hours after buying it, and then working just hours later, Mark reassured me that Raceway had checked everything about the A/C and it was good! I believed him. I am just glad that I did take it in. I did NOT want to ignore the problem. I guess what I did in the end about the situation was I established a relationship/ history (just in case something about the A/C goes wrong again. In the meantime I will be covering the dashboard with a protective shield. (It can’t hurt ). But, in the end ... Mark was “the man”!

The tech poured oil all over my motor and it ran down the frame and is dripping all over my driveway .so I had to climb under the truck and clean everything off .kinda disappointed

I was sad my car wasn't washed. They usually wash it on visits. Other than that, great service. Always friendly.
