I made an appointment for an oil change. I showed up for Syd appointment and was told I had a one and a half hour to two hour wait! What is the point of making an appointment if you’re going to make somebody wait an hour and a half to two hours? I complained about this and the man behind the counter told me well we can do your oil change in 45 minutes but we cannot rotate your tires or check all your fluids. I was going to use Raceway Ford for buying all my new cars and for my service but now I have doubts.

Mike McFarland has always provided us with excellent service. Quick lane ford in Riverside in my opinion is the best place to go for your automobile needs. Everyone there takes care of our cars and never over charges us. Thank you Mike McFarland for all you do.
