Only one of my windshield wipers work, I have now taken my car in three times to get it fixed. It’s getting to that time where we are going to have rainy weather, so I’m sure you can understand that this is a safety hazard to me. Considering I’ve only been leasing my car for a year, I should not be having this issue.

Actually I don’t know how to service was because I never drove my car again. While they took it to work on it, I went and bought a slightly used edge. The staff that help me from Alan in service, one Perez the salesman and Sean the finance guy were all extremely courteous and helpful. I will definitely recommend your dealership to anyone looking to buy a car

Javier was extremely friendly and answered my questions. From the minute I walked in, he greeted me and notified me my service would be done in a certain amount of time due to me being a walk in customer. Once my car was done, he went through everything in detail. Overall, Javier made my experience extremely satisfying and I will highly recommend Raceway Ford. I will also like to mention, as I waited in the waiting room, other workers who would walk in and out were very friendly and that is appreciated very much. Thank you all for your hard work.

My vehicle is still not fixed. I received 39 alerts informing me what was wrong with my vehicle but because the alerts didn't appear while being serviced nothing was done besides driving 47 miles and using all of my gas.

Thomas was informative and helpful in keeping me updated on the repairs my car needed, as well as scheduling convenient times. He ensured the parts needed were covered under my warranty and even went as far as to go ahead with the work needed despite being over a free miles for my routine maintenance. Thank you Thomas and the Ford team for the quality work, my car feels brand new!!
