Spent $1,000 and Raceway kept my car for over 1wk and said everything was fixed. When I started car this morning (10/16), it had exact same issue I brought it in for on 10/06. So Raceway charged to replaced 2 parts plus excess labor unecessarily and did not fix the problem at all.

Doug kept me informed about the problem with my 2000 F-350 and explained what was done to fix the problem. For years I have taken my truck to another local dealership for service but their customer service was not very good. Doug was great and made me feel comfortable with having my vehicle serviced there.

The service manager and advisor at the quick lanes did not communicate with each other about what was going on with my truck being that both of them called me on it. Price was outrageous for just changing front brakes and rotors. My wife is a service manager at a Ford and this is unacceptable.

Had my first oil change done. Took all day . Then I get home and its leaking oil on my garage floor..oil was all over under side of truck. I would expect that from jiffy lube not ford service depth.
