First of all ...my name is Jeanine...NOT...Geanie!!! I ask Mark ti please correct that mistake...he said he couldn't...that is very upsetting for Raceway Ford to call a person by an incorrect name!!! I am. Very dissatisfied customer and I will NOT be returning to have any service dine for my car in the future!!!! The service Representative Mark...is a horrible representative for your company!!!! He has NO compassion for the customers!!!!

Waited nearly 3 hours for a basic service. Drain plug was leaking, did not have any in stock, first parts run resulted in the wrong plug and a second parts run was made. Waisted my entire morning.

Went to the quick lane for oil change and tire rotation and they said my lug nuts were bad and tried to charge me $210 for a new set of lugs. Total ripoff!
