The Sales person Juan, the manager Eric (?), the Quick Bay (?) workers were excellent and went far beyond their normal duties. We purchased the vehicle less than a week before when we brought it back in because we found pink fluid in our garage. The service person we were dealing with Mark said there was nothing he could do - that we would need to bring the truck in the following Friday. We already had a vacation planned beginning the Wednesday before the Friday. Mark wouldn't even send a service person out to diagnose what was leaking. He finally suggested we take it over to the Quick bay (?) - I know that isn't the correct name. But they were very helpful with one of their counter people coming out to diagnose the issue as a problem with the coolant system. Because the truck is a diesel, he indicated that it wasn't something that they could fix and one of them suggested I speak with Eric. He was very nice and agreed to look at our car today (Monday), and if they cannot repair it in time to get us a rental. Very pleased with the service from Juan, Eric, and the Quick gentlemen. They treated us with respect and acknowledged that we had just purchased a $58,000 vehicle with a bumper to bumper warranty - and that Raceway Ford had some responsibility in making us happy. The service people we dealt with acted like there was nothing they could do, we purchased the vehicle, and they had no more obligations where we were concerned.

Mark fixed the one recall and ordered the part for the second recall and will contact me when the part is in. He said it was on back order.

My service experience was excellent

Someone is willing to stay over so I could pick my car up but I failed to show up because of traffic and thankful for that attitude of your employees

Well besides not having a courtesy vehicle I mean if it’s for an extended period of time . He also forgot my wheel lock.but overall he was very nice and courteous.I loved the way my car drives.

Had a 8am appointment for transmission fluid change yet even after 1pm it wasn't done. The customer should be notified of the lengthy unnecessary wait time when the appointment is made, I was caught by surprise of the 4 hours then irritated by the extended wait time via text msg. It's absurd the amount of time wasted when the actual job takes about an hour. I'll be looking elsewhere.
