I started the process of getting my car diagnosed and repaired about six weeks ago. I understand that there are problems getting parts due to supply-chain delay, but the process was very long. I certainly do not blame Mark or Raceway Ford for the delays, however I do think most clients would like to know from the beginning about how long the process will be. It would also be helpful to make contact every few days to let the customer know what is happening and what they can expect in terms of time-lines. I am very satisfied that my car was repaired correctly and with quality parts. Mark was always helpful and courteous. He took time to explain what was happening and his quotes were accurate. Thank you
