I was told on Friday afternoon that my car was ready for pick up. I could not arrive on Friday, but I was told that I could pick it up on Saturday. I was not told that I had to arrive within certain hours. I went on Saturday afternoon and was told that I could not pick up my vehicle because the service side closed. They were unwilling to help. My wife and I had to talk to the manager, Eric, and convince him to call somebody from the service side to pick up my vehicle, because I did not have a vehicle to drive; I needed my vehicle. Eventually, they got a combo to open up the service side and get the keys for my vehicle. Then I had to wait almost an hour to just pay for my service. We were there for almost an hour and a half for something that should’ve taken five minutes. It was a horrible experience because they didn’t put their best effort of customer service forth.
