Javier has always been very great at what he does. I went in last week to check how long was the wait to get my car serviced. He told me there were 7 cars ahead and my car wouldn't be done till that evening. I was short on time so I said I'd return. He was quick to ask me if I'd like to schedule an appointment and I did. Went back today for my appointment and once again, he was very friendly and informed me of my wait time. My experience has been great since I've started to bring my car for service and I will highly recommend others. Thank you Javier for your amazing and friendly customer service.

It took from morning until 4pm to perform an oil change, which was my second time coming to this Riverside facility. I came here on May 15th in the morning around 9:30am, I was signed in and gave my car key, than an half hour just to tell me that they could not fit me in and gave me back my car key. Very dissatisfied, not like before the pass services I have had in many years loyal client.

Mike is great. He provided excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable. His friendly smile and greeting makes me feel welcome to return in the future and probably why I would continue to buy from Ford.

The Sales person was phenomenal. I was calling him on his day off and he was responding and being very helpful. Erik was great. He went out of his way to assist us. The service department, however, always put us off several days when we were trying to get service. Not very helpful at all. I plan on taking our vehicle to the Redlands Ford service department in the future.
