Give Mark a raise, this man is extremely professional and knows how to interact with his customers. He followed a really important aspect of communication, which is communication. He let me know every step of the process and was even flexible enough to work with me on dates to bring my car. He was kind, courteous, and above all highly empathetic to my situation. Received the survey but was out of town and unable to respond. When I did respond the survey link was not valid. No issues with the service. Even though Raceway was unable to duplicate the issue that I brought the truck in for, the explanation of why that was and what to do if it occurred again was appropriate and satisfactory to me. The issue has not occurred again.
