I cannot be more grateful to the attention given by Thomas and the mechanic to identify and resolve my vehicles issue. Thomas went above and beyond to comfort me about the repairs done at another Ford dealer. He eased my mind that Raceway was committed to ensuring they would make every effort to give me a proper diagnosis when I returned from my trip.

the issue ( loss of airflow from vents) was not corrected with the exchange of cabin filter. and the suggestion that the fan motor was going out does not make sense, as the fan still runs the same
