Stephen in Service was absolutely fabulous. I had a really long day. I spoke to someone in Service at 10am asking if I can have my car towed there because it was stuck in park. I had no idea that it would take all day to find a tow that could help me. I was finally able to get to the dealership just as the service dept was trying to close. Stephen allowed me to drop it off, but said it might be a few days before they could get to it. He called me the next day, let me know that not only is my car fixed & ready for pickup, the repair is covered by a recall. He had also found another recall that I wasn't aware of and he had that fixed too. I had my car back that evening. The attention and care that was given by Stephen was much more than I expected and I am so over-the-top happy about the level of service I received. Please recognize Stephen for his EXCELLENT customer service. He is truely an asset. He made my day!!!
