For a number of years now, Javier Fernandez is always our first pick to work with when having any work scheduled for our vehicles. He was wonderful the first time we ever met him for service work, so we have continued to stay extremely loyal to him when going to Quick Lane for our cars, as he too has been very loyal with us as customers. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service and I never feel like I’m being over priced or told to fix something for no reason. Thomas is always so helpful, a great communicator, and extremely knowledgeable and this is why I will not take my car anywhere else! : )

At first I had a hard time getting an appointment because the dealer was so busy. I drove in without an appointment (on a Monday), and my service writer, Stephen Hollander, promised to get my Explorer looked at as quickly as possible. That same day he let me know that the issue was the the transmission cooler, and that they would have it repaired within a day or two. Vehicle was ready Wednesday morning! I am extremely happy with everyone at Raceway Ford for the attention. Good job!
