Awesome service: Javier was kind, efficient and attentive to my needs. Car was returned in pristine conditions- staff took great care of my car: a lot of attention to detail. Mike was very helpful and friendly.

If in fact your lugnuts on all models and years are swelling, shame on you Ford. Ford should not be making cars with defective lugnuts and for decades now. Get it together, Ford. Or keep passing on costs to your customers and lose them. Just because you are winning your lugnuts lawsuits doesn't mean you are winning.
