Problem mostly was with inexperienced tech, didn't know how to install front suspension spacers properly, he had questions and doubts. As a result parts were dented and scratched, He should've used a rubber mallet for tapping on suspension components!!! We agreed not to proceed with the job and to put the truck the way it was but for some reason truck was 2 weeks in the shop and still was charged $350. The parts I brought to get installed are high quality and expensive (RPG collars), specifically designed for a Gen 2 Raptor truck.

Mike and Lionel at the quick lane were very helpful and professional. I was going up north and just needed wipers, fluid top off and air pressure set. They got my F150 in and out in a timely manner. I paid for the wipers and the other items were a courtesy. Appreciate all the help. Thank you.
