The service advisor was rude, hung up on me, and tried to talk my wife into extra services and didn’t provide the services requested. The estimate provided was inaccurate and he couldn’t explain. And to top it off at the end he said they’d bring the car around, but never did and when we found the car he said, ohh, I thought I gave you the keys. Very rude and dismissive. He tried to make it extra complicated for my wife.

Chris was very helpful and communicative. This vehicle of ours is in the Riverside area with our daughter that is at UC Riverside. We live in the Bay Area of San Francisco and so we had to do this long distance. I can tell you that he was very reassuring and kept us up-to-date and we appreciate the service that was done. All in all very satisfied.
