I came in for a recall. When at the desk, I asked for a tire rotation and was going to ask for an inspection. The advisor proceeded to tell me all that’s complimentary no need to ask about it. When the service technician brought it back my tires were not rotated and I still had a tire light on. When I brought it up the service tech responded usually you fix that on your own and I didn’t know. Of course because he didn’t give me the chance. At least I got my recall done.
