Yes/No answer to question. Service people were polite and responsive. Serious problem with two week wait when made the appointment. Diagnosis of problem was quick; however it took five working days to finish the repair … the vehicle still had the same issue when I picked it up. The service manager checked and kept the vehicle for an additional day. Problem was corrected. I reported a service notice for the same make and year vehicle; dealer checked and reported the vehicle didn’t qualify; advised to contact Ford; when I contacted Ford they said they couldn’t do anything for me and the dealer needs to file a form … Catch 22 neither is responsible and neither were helpful.
