Thomas never delivered on any of the promises he made, never felt like he really cared about the service or what we had to say. Had my car for at the dealership for about a month and a half. Was originally only supposed to be there no more than 2 weeks. There was set back after set back. No car rental because it was denied. Car was then “ready” to pick up and then received a call that it was not. Took another week for it to finally be done. It seemed that every time we got excited the car was done it wasn’t. Worst part of it all is Thomas suggested we leave with the battery replacement instead of the real problem. They then did further test which took a few days and that confirmed it wasn’t the battery which was the problem it was the recall which was previously mentioned. Paid 199.00 for that thanks to my man Thomas. Thomas shouldn’t be working in any customer service related capacity in my opinion. I would recommend don’t go to this guy ask one of the other guys if they’re any better or just not go to raceway Ford quick lane at all if they allow this too happen. Thanks for everything you did not do Thomas.

Had a rocky start with my last service…I scheduled my truck to have 2 recalls an a oil change…I dropped my truck off at 7am am never received a call that it was done..I called a lil after 5pm an they said they didn’t have time to do it cause they had a employee call off…was very hesitated on bringing it back cause I lost out on work well my truck sat there all day an nothing got done until I called an told them I was on the way to pick it up..then at that time they hurried up an did the oil change after I told them not to even touch it….went in today an had both recalls taken care of an oil change done an picked my truck up about 3pm…was very happy that everything was taken care of an was very happy with Javier an how he made sure my vehicle was in an out..thank you Javier I will be returning only if Javier is taking care of my vehicle..
