Mike was very helpful, he was very patient with me and assisted me as this was my first time there. He even Ordered me a Lyft which I found very convenient instead of having to wait around for a few hours.

Your team FAILED on every level of professionalism. No communication whatsoever, from your service manager to your service writer even to corporate Ford!!! You guys ****!!!I always initiated contact. You couldn't even call, you guys only ever text! No guts! You didn't even have the decency to wash my car after 2 months in your care. The car came back with trash in the cab from the technicians, fingerprints all over the windows, spiderwebs, just filthy!!! Such a disappointment. We use to be a Ford family!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!

All good every time i come good customers service. I live walking distance to fritz ford but i dont like the service they give customers. Also they recognize law enforcement Personnel. Javier always very professional and knowledgeable
