It was my first time coming to Raceway for servicing my vehicle. The customer service was good short of not completing the time commitment. But as I noted the time they committed to, they expedited the service time to get me done in a reasonable time. Truly the reason I reached out to Raceway Ford is due to being close to my place of employment. Despite not hitting the time commitment, I will be bringing my vehicle that I love back to Raceway again! They were professional in serving the maintenance & I understand that this was a busy time of their day.
