I felt welcomed on my first visit and that my service concerns were addressed, especially since the other Ford dealer (Fritts) could not get to my car for none days. They must have more break downs to service. Regardless, I was treated very well by Javier, explained all services and time line for prompt vehicle return. I enjoyed the frequent and intermediate text messages on vehicle status.I will be back...

Mr. Aceves did what he was able to address my vehicle concerns which at this point have not been resolved, all based on his limited resources. We had discussed getting it a distinct dealer for possible fix or second opinion at this point. I do would like to add that the maintenance part and fast response could improve significantly from your department at Raceway Ford Riverside.
