I took my truck in on a Tuesday morning at 8am for a diagnostic. I kept on getting text messages during the week saying, that there were no technician’s available to work on my truck. After 9 days later I received a call saying that my truck was finally ready for pick up, to only find out that my truck was broken and vandalized into and all my belongings including sentimental valuable belongings were gone. Stephen does a great job. They cannot figure out the issue with my truck. This last time my bf had to drop me off early with all of my work stuff so I could pick up my truck, and i was approached by a staff member as if I were a homeless person while I was waiting.
