Customer feedback is terrible. 1st told car repair would take 4 hours (I brought car in at 10AM). Then around 3PM I was told not enough time left in the day to finish work and he would call me at 4:30PM. He never called. Thank goodness I had a rental car. Car was finally ready about 11AM the next day.

Mr. Fernandez had great customer service and care. During my time at Quick Lane, Mr. Fernandez took great care of other customers as well. One customer in particular was being unreasonable with the time in which his vehicle would be serviced. Mr. Fernandez handled the customer with professionalism and care.
