Upon receiving my vehicle back from service, I have 2 new dents and a scratch that were previously not on my vehicle when I dropped it off. Tried reaching out to service but they were closed. I would appreciate it gets fixed as my first month owning a Ford has been the worst. I need a call back ****-****-xxxx

I bring my car here often, but this was my first time meeting Leonel. He was so nice and helpful. I really appreciated his efforts to ensure that I was taken care of. He said he would and he did! I was happy to have encountered him and hope to work with him again when I bring my car back for regular maintenance.

The prices are too high. I also had to go without my car Tuesday to Saturday for what was only 3 hours of work. That wasn’t Lionel or the technicians fault though, that’s on the system for scheduling me with a technician on his days off. Other then again, the price being way too high and the long wait, the service was great. My cars issue was fixed and the employees were communicative and did their best to help me out.

I did not use Raceway Ford. I went online to make an appt to fix my truck which had a Check engine light code for DEF heater and tank. My appt was moved to Quick Lane tire and lube without my knowledge. When I went to service dept and after standing there for 5 mins, I had to flag a advisor down as I was being ignored although they all looked at me. I was then told I need to go to quick lane. I asked if they fix def heater issue and trouble codes and the advisor said yah they should be able to. When I went to quick lane, Javier was fantastic help and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I was informed that they don't do those services but they would take truck to raceway service. So I am extremely pleased with quick lane and Javier, but the service dept at raceway did not show any interest in helping and could use some training in customer care.

Not happy Feel I was overcharged Paid $300 and brakes are not right Brakes have squealing since I picked my truck Dont think I will ever take my truck back to Quick Lane.
