It took 2 1/2 weeks for my truck to be completed. I was never told that I had to authorize additional work and had to call 4 days later to ask about the process before I was informed about the need of authorization.

This is the second time I taken my car due to a check engine light coming on. Dealership won’t look at it due to it turning off day before service. Service manager said it’s against their policy and they can’t check it unless it’s fully on while car is there.
