I had to keep calling in to get updates. Service had my SUV for 4 days before knowing anything. They did not want to offer me a rental because they didn’t know if warranty covered it. I’ve always gotten a rental every other time except this time, so I’m assuming my warranty covered it, but service person Chris Cervantes would not ask warranty. He made things very difficult in the end of getting service. We unfortunately will never go back to that location because of the service we received.
