Steve the driver was awesome. Only thing missing was a call from the service department that I needed new front brakes. I would have just got it done at the same time as the oil change. Steve is the one who told me when he dropped off my car at work. The work summary/service summary was sent to me after my car was dropped off. No point at doing anything then.

Employee Chris Cervantes was rude and wanted me to comeback another day to fix the problem on my truck. Kris **** heard our interaction and stepped in and helped me out. Part was replaced thanks to Kris **** but unfortunately my truck is still making the same noise I went in for.

Thomas took care of my issue of my truck Rattling when I started it and I felt so confident he was going to make sure the my truck was going to be repaired in a timely manner. And it was. It drives like a dream and I feel safe in it now.
